Rapides Island Water Association, Inc. offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

To avoid late fees, all payments must be recieved on or before the 15th of each month.  To ensure proper credit to your account, please include your payment stub, account number, account name or service address. 

Security & Privacy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.

Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction

In our efforts to better serve you, we now accept all major credit cards - Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Xpress. To pay your bill online you will need to know your account number and the current amount due.  Payments will be posted to your account within 1 to 3 business days.   For more information, click the red "Pay Your Bill Now" button, located above or at the bottom of this page.

To pay your bill over the phone, please call our toll free number at 1-855-335-2784 - Safe-Secure-Simple.  Before calling, please have your account number ready.  Payments will be posted to your account within 1 to 3 business days.

PAYMENT BY MAIL

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please include your payment stub or show account number, account name or service address on your payment.

AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account on the 10th of every month, or the first banking day following the 10th.  There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (if available) located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

PAYMENT DROP OFF

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.  We also have a drop box for after hours payments.

PAYMENT THROUGH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION ON-LINE BILL PAY

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
