OPTIONAL paperless billing will begin the end of August 2023.  If you are interested, please provide us with the email address you wish to use.  Past due reminder letters will still be sent by regular mail to the billing address on file.  Also, it is your responsibility to notify our office if your email address or mailing address changes.  Failure to receive your bill does not relieve you of your obligation to pay your bill on time.
